Shipping policy

For delivery within the UK, we usually ship our deliveries via Royal Mail first class. On occasion, we may use an alternative courier service.

We endeavour to ship all products within two days of the order being placed. Royal Mail aim to deliver first class items within 1-3 days. Please contact us at hello@thisismi.co.uk if you have not received your order within 7 days.

For our International customers, our shipping rates are based on weight and location. For the EU, Royal Mail aims to deliver within 5 days. For the US/Canada and the rest of the world, Royal Mail expects to deliver within approximately 7 days.

These shipping times are Royal Mail estimates and are not guaranteed. Please make sure you have checked any import rules which apply, as we cannot be responsible for any import taxes or other fees. 

Product shipping cost is calculated by weight and will be displayed at checkout.
